• The Knife was in a room next to the Study

• Mr. Green and Mrs. White had exactly one room in-between them

• Professor Plum was in the Hall

• Colonel Mustard was in the room across the house from the person with the Knife

Continuing on to the second clue we received from a guest. Since the Pipe wasn’t in the Kitchen or library, we can eliminate those two options as locations for the pipe. We eliminated the Lounge already since the rope was found in there. Therefore the Pipe must have been in either the Hall or the Ballroom.

Keep solving each guest’s clues until you have narrowed down all the options and find out who was the murderer.
